General Provisions

b08k is an online gaming platform that provides sports betting, live casino, and slot game services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the b08k platform.

When you access b08k, create an account, or use any service, you give your full consent to these Terms. Please refrain from using the platform without reading and understanding these Terms.

b08k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on b08k. Only those aged 21 or above may participate on this platform. Accounts belonging to minors will be immediately closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Number of Accounts

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide completely accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect, false, or misleading information carries the risk of account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. If your information changes, please notify b08k immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

b08k may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be required for verification.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your b08k account username and password confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension & Closure

b08k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Providing false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicious activity suggesting money laundering

3.3 Updating Personal Information

If there is any change to your name, phone number, or payment details, please notify our support team immediately so that the payment process can continue without interruption.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on b08k is ৳500. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unknown sources are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests take 5–30 minutes to process. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, b08k may verify your identity and payment method. In some cases, additional documents may be requested. This process is essential for fraud prevention.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on b08k are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, a conversion rate may apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

b08k offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to use of the welcome bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by b08k
• Transferring bonuses to another account is strictly prohibited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time
• b08k reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected
• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and terms — these will be stated separately where applicable

5.4 VIP Program

b08k's VIP program has four tiers. Promotion is based on regular activity:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

b08k may change VIP tier benefits and cashback rates at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided in due course.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully confirmed it. b08k will not be held liable if a bet is not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

b08k reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• The event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or postponed
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected

6.3 Sports Betting

b08k's own market rules apply to betting on cricket, football, badminton, and other sports. Detailed information on the rules for specific sports can be found in the relevant section of the platform.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

The rules for live casino games and slot machines are governed by the respective game provider's regulations. b08k may set bet limits on specific games.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b08k:

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning funds from illegal sources
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Organized activity aimed at manipulating betting outcomes
• Any form of cyber attack or hacking attempt

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

b08k is not responsible for faults caused by game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) or payment services. In the event of a third-party issue, the respective provider's own terms will apply.

10.4 Gaming Risks

Changes & Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

11.2 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, bonus funds are not payable if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
